PROCESS AND PROCESS APPARATUS FOR FORMING PROTECTIVE COATING ON MAGNETIC POLE OF PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR

A process and process apparatus for forming a protective coating (6) on a magnetic pole of a permanent magnet motor. The forming process comprises the following steps: assembling a bead (2) and a magnetic pole component (3) at correspondingly positions on the inner wall of a yoke wall (1), and mounting a vacuum bag (12) on the yoke wall (1), the peripheral wall of the vacuum bag (12) and the inner wall of the yoke wall (1) forming a mold cavity to be filled with an adhesive, and the magnetic pole component (3) and the bead (2) being enveloped inside the mold cavity; performing a desorption process on solid surfaces to be attached of the yoke wall (1), the bead (2), a reinforcement material (5), and the magnetic pole component (3) inside the mold cavity; evacuating the mold cavity; and filling the mold cavity with an adhesive and curing the adhesive, so that the adhesive is attached to the solid surfaces of the magnetic pole component (3), the bead (2), and the yoke wall (1) to form the protective coating (6). When desorption is performed on the solid surfaces to be attached before the filling with the adhesive for facilitating the subsequent filling with the adhesive, the adhesive is firmly attached to the solid surfaces, so as to prevent the protective coating (6) from peeling off from the bonding interface during subsequent use. The present invention can protect components, such as the magnetic pole component (3), and improve the reliability of permanent magnet motor.
