3D SOLID OBJECT MANUFACTURING ROBOT SYSTEM UTILIZING POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIAL

The present invention relates to a 3D solid object manufacturing robot system utilizing a polymer composite material and, more specifically, to a 3D solid object manufacturing robot system which can shape a polymer composite material into a three-dimensional structure. A 3D solid object manufacturing robot system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a material supply device which is supplied with a polymer composite material comprising a core material, and a fiber layer and a coating layer surrounding the core material, performs heat treatment of the supplied polymer composite material, and then discharges the same; and a robot which is installed below the material supply device, includes a plurality of rotating joints, can grip a jig, and moves and rotates the jig so as to allow the polymer composite material discharged from the material supply device to be placed on the jig, wherein the system dispenses with an oven for heat treatment of the polymer composite material supplied to the material supply device.
